100% Plant Based

Gluten Free & Sugar Free

Made in Japan

Brew It Right ? Fukamushi Sencha Is Different from Regular Green Tea

3 Steps. 3 Cups. One Teaspoon.

Most sencha is lightly steamed. Fukamushi sencha is steamed up to three times longer ? breaking down the leaf cell walls and unlocking a deeper, richer umami that lighter steaming simply cannot achieve. The result: a vivid golden liquor, a silky texture, and a naturally sweet finish that sets this Japanese green tea loose leaf apart from anything else in its class.

Kakegawa is home to Chagusaba farming ? a 150-year tradition recognized by the United Nations FAO as a Globally Important Agricultural Heritage System (GIAHS). Morning mist rolling from Mt. Awaga naturally shades the tea plants, concentrating amino acids and deepening the umami. Every batch is crafted by a tea master honored with the Shizuoka Governor's Prize ? Japan's highest regional recognition for tea craftsmanship.

Pure Japanese green tea leaves. Nothing else. No fillers, no blending, no artificial ingredients of any kind.

Naturally free of gluten and sugar. A clean, zero-calorie drink that fits any lifestyle ? keto, vegan, or simply health-conscious.

What you see is what you get ? natural deep green leaves from Kakegawa, Shizuoka. Color and flavor come from the leaves, not from additives.

Sourced, processed, and packed in Kakegawa, Shizuoka ? Japan's most celebrated tea-growing region. No overseas processing. Authentic from field to cup.

Step 1 ? Measure

Add 1 tsp (5g) of loose leaf sencha per 6?8 oz of water. No strainer required ? the fine fukamushi leaves settle naturally.

Step 2 ? Temperature

Heat water to 167?176°F (75?80°C). Never use boiling water ? high heat destroys the amino acids responsible for umami and sweetness.

Step 3 ? Steep

Pour and steep for 45?60 seconds. Re-steep 2?3 times; each cup reveals a new layer of flavor.

Pro tip ? Cold Brew

Place 1 tsp in 10 oz cold water, refrigerate for 4?6 hours. Smooth, naturally sweet iced sencha with zero bitterness.
