Miyakotsuru sake uses “Iwaimai”, a rare and delicate rice variety that is difficult to use in mass production, “Kyonohana” Kyoto yeast, and “fushimi”, the soft groundwater from below Kyoto. This extremely precious sake lees extract can only be made once a year, using these 3 treasured ingredients.

How long can the lotin be used?

It depends on the area and range of use, 150ml can be used around 1 month.

Is it contain Alochol?

No. The ingredients contain an ingredient called phenoxyethanol, but it is not alcohol.
