Should I use a toner before applying this serum?

You don't have to. Toners are for people with especially dry skin, but not mandatory for everyone. If you have combo to oily skin, you can just start your routine with this serum.

The toner also contains 5% Niacinamide, which helps prevent dark spots by inhibiting pigmented melanin from rising to the surface of the skin. It also contains Pumpkin Extract, a natural exfoliant that smooths and brightens skin by gently removing pigmented dead skin cells.

Time Block Serum and Radiance Cream are a perfect nighttime combination. I've been using these for over 3 months, and my fine lines are smoother and plumper, and I have seen a reduction in dark spots and hyperpigmentation, which we all deal with at this age.
