Use every morning and evening.

To use as a makeup remover, apply to a cotton pad and wipe gently over the face and eyes.

To use as a daily cleanser, massage a coin-sized amount into dry skin and rinse off with warm water.

To use as a deep cleansing mask, apply a thin layer to the face and leave on for 1 minutes before rinsing.

What is the difference between this and Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm?

While both are rich, solid cleansers that can be used alone or for double-cleansing, the butter and balm textures are different both while solid and once emulsified, as are the active ingredients.

What is the fragrance like?

This product is fragrance-free, as well as sulfate-free and mineral-oil free.

Why does my jar not look as full as the image?

Butter may shift in transit when temperatures vary as formula has a low melting point. Product may reset unevenly in jar and some oil may remain on surface but this does not effect product quantity or quality.

Why is the product not sealed?

We do not add seals unless necessary for the efficacy and safety of the formula, as sustainability is a priority for ELEMIS. Avoiding unneccesary packaging is a way we minimize our environmental impact.
