D-Panthenol, or Provitamin B5 is transformed to pantothenic acid, which is an essential component of Coenzyme A. *Coenzyme A is one of the cofactors to promote protein metabolism in the epithelium (upper skin.)

D-Panthenol has become popular after many anti-dandruff and anti-thinning shampoos use it as one of the key ingredients.

75% D-Panthenol is known as the best purity to use. It is convenient to mix with other cosmetic products or even use itself. In addition, D-Panthenol is water-soluble and easy to dilute with water to make desired viscosity.

It is viscous (as sticky as honey) in room temperature. It even feels slightly tough or stiff when you try the first rub right after falling a drop on the skin. It is, however, quickly soaked into skin when rubbed or massaged less than 10 times.

"As always, the answer is in the reviews. After first product was sold, we received an issue with damaged packing, we directly changed it to a thick zip lock bag (from a thin opp vinyl bag.) When we had less filled issue, we decided fill 5% more. A plastic bottle has changed to the amber glass bottle, with anti-spill cap (to prevent spill and mess.) I always look for opportunities to get more feedbacks from customers and respond to them, for them, to satisfy them."
